CrossPointe Kids Director

I am Jan Fiedler and I live in Holt Michigan. I have a Masters Degree in Education and my Bachelor Degree is in Early Childhood Education.  I taught for 15 years in a charter school teaching Young Fives, Kindergarten, 1st grade and English as a second language.  I am also the director of our Children’s programs at Perry Baptist Church.  I have a dog named Rosie and like to take her for walks.

Carissa Martin

Lead Teacher and Assistant Director

My name is Carissa Martin. I was raised in Perry and attended Perry Baptist Church most of my life. I graduated from Perry High School and went on to attend Lansing Community College for early childhood education. After that, I transferred to Grand Valley State University to pursue a degree with a major in science and a minor in education. I enjoy hiking with my dog Kota and spending time with friends.

With over five years of dedicated service at Crosspointe Kids, Madison Lewis brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to her role as Daycare Director. As both an educator and a mother of two, Madison understands the importance of creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where every child feels valued and supported.

 

Throughout her time at Crosspointe Kids, Madison has worked hands-on with children of all ages—from infants to school-age—gaining deep insight into the developmental needs of each stage. Her well-rounded experience and calm, caring presence make her a trusted guide not only to the children in our care, but to families and staff as well.

 

Under Madison’s leadership, our daycare thrives as a place where learning is joyful, relationships are strong, and every child is encouraged to grow into the unique person they were created to be.

Office Administrative Assistant

Emily Morse-Cooper plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at our center, bringing warmth, organization, and efficiency to everything she does. As our Office Administrator Assistant, Emily is often the first smiling face you'll see when you walk through our doors—and the steady hand that keeps our administrative systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

With a natural gift for communication and a heart for children and families, Emily ensures that every parent, staff member, and visitor feels welcomed and supported. Whether she’s managing records, coordinating schedules, or helping with special projects, her attention to detail and can-do spirit make her an indispensable part of our team.

 

Emily’s commitment to excellence and her friendly demeanor help create the calm, professional environment that allows our teachers to teach, our children to thrive, and our families to feel at home.
